Constant throughput, even with sticky screenings
The robust cleaning brush keeps the sieve elements clean during ongoing operation. A constant throughput can be achieved, even with sticky materials such as soil or asphalt. Clogged meshes caused by long grain screenings cannot affect the performance.
Just like the bucket screener, the sturdy holder is made from high quality steel. To ensure a high degree of flexibility the brush can be mounted on both sides of the screening bucket. The brush can be easily adjusted depending on the application or to compensate for wear and can be used effectively to its wear limit. The complete brush system is optimally adapted to the respective bucket screener and in this way guarantees the best results.

The HARTL CONVEYOR BELT stands out with its sturdy construction, compact transport dimensions, high conveying capacity and low maintenance costs.
The product allows cross-industry conveyance of bulk goods and general cargo.
The conveyor belt is suitable to directly feed the HARTL Screen Plant or for use as a discharge conveyor for the individual categories in a HARTL Screen Plant. The feed hopper can load the HARTL Conveyor Belt directly from a jaw crusher bucket or a screening bucket. The products are used for working with natural rock, recycling and in agriculture.
